Concrete Bases
The concrete base with steel reinforcement is the most stable solution for log cabins. Our concrete base specification is for construction of a 10cm thick layer of concrete and 10cm hardcore foundation which will provide the foundation for the log cabin. This service normally takes a day to complete (weather permitting).
The service includes labour & materials and assumes that the proposed site for the garden building is essentially level.

Slab Bases
The slab base is ideal for sheds, summer houses and smaller garden buildings. Our slab base specification is for construction of a 10cm mix of one part cement to eight parts building sand. Slabs to shed area and levelling and butting of slabs.
The service includes labour & materials and assumes that the proposed site for the garden building is essentially level.

Wooden Bases
The wooden frame base is our most popular and cost effective solution for all log cabins and garden buildings.
Our wooden base specification is for a framework of tanalised timber that is concreted into the ground by a post system to give a firm and level area to build on.
The service includes labour and materials and assumes that the proposed site for the garden building is essentially level.
